MOORHEAD, Minn. – Two people are arrested after an early morning chase in Moorhead.
It happened around 12:30 Wednesday.
The Minnesota State Patrol says a trooper was helping a police officer with a traffic stop in South Moorhead, but the vehicle fled. A trooper performed a PIT maneuver on Interstate 94 near the Red River Bridge. Authorities say the driver wasn’t cooperative, but eventually was taken into custody.
The driver, a 44-year-old man from Bismarck, was arrested for several warrants and has pending charges for fleeing. A 29-year-old passenger from Ramsey, Minnesota was taken into custody for outstanding warrants.
