MINNESOTA – Tuition at public Minnesota colleges and universities could dramatically increase in the next two years.
This would impact the Minnesota State system which has 30 colleges and universities including Minnesota State University Moorhead, Minnesota State Community and Technical College, Northland Community College and Alexandria Technical and Community College.
The Minnesota State Board of Trustees is set to rule on tuition rates in June.
The increases could be anywhere between 3.5 and nine percent according to a budget summary from the board.
