Three men arrested after Cass Co. ATM burglary

ARTHUR, N.D. – Three men are arrested after ATM burglaries in Arthur, North Dakota and Traill County.

Cass County Deputies responded to an alarm at Bank North around 2:15 Tuesday morning. The Sheriff’s Office say they found the ATM was broken into and heard from the Traill County Sheriff’s Office that a bank has been burglarized and the vehicle associated with the crime was going back to Cass County. Deputies found the vehicle, tried to stop it, but it fled eventually stopping on County Road 26 near Northern Cass School in Hunter.

Thirty-three-year-old Zachary Huesers of Garrison, North Dakota was arrested on suspicion of burglary and fleeing. 30-year-old Jacob Stein of Fargo and 30-year-old Tucker St. Croix with no permanent address were arrested on suspicion of burglary.
