FARGO – Red River Valley SWAT was called out to help Fargo Police after a man barricaded himself in an apartment with two juveniles. It happened in the 2600 block of 14th St. S. at around 10 p.m. Tuesday night.
Police say the man made threats against an adult female who got out of the apartment safely.
Santiago Resendez Jr., 33, was arrested about two-and-a-half hours later. He’s being held on a terrorizing charge.
