NORTH DAKOTA – A recent study suggests North Dakota is one of the best states for entrepreneurs.
Research done by the financial services company Swoop Funding shows the state had the highest economic environment score. That’s because of its low unemployment rate, competitive cost of living and an income tax-free allowance of more than $53,000.
Swoop Funding says that combination makes it one of the top locations for businesses looking to establish roots in a growing economy.
