(LITTLE FALLS) – The Minnesota National Guard will induct 13 retired members into the Cout of Honor this Sunday at Camp Ripley. The members include retired Brigadier General Ross Fortier of Detroit Lakes. Fortier will join more than 500 individuals who have been memorialized and honored for their heroism, professionalism and service.
