CASS COUNTY, N.D. – If you see Red River valley SWAT Team members carrying guns in Downtown Fargo or rural Horace Thursday afternoon, don’t be alarmed.
The team is holding training from 2:00 to 4:30 in the 200 block of 4th Street North near the Fargo Civic Center. They will also train from 5:00 to 9:00 on a property near County Road 16 a half a mile east of County Road 17 in rural Horace.
Authorities say no live rounds will be used. You may hear loud noises and commands from officers and there will be multiple SWAT vehicles in the area with emergency lights on.
