(MOORHEAD, MINN) – Police have arrested the individual accused of a shooting Saturday in Moorhead. Police Captain Deric Swenson says the suspect was taken into custody Tuesday by the Metro Street Crimes Unit. He’s been identified as Francis Ochiti. The Fargo Police Department assisted by Fargo Police, who executed a search warrant at a location in Fargo and found a handgun that was believed to be used in the shooting. Ochiti was transported to the Cass County Jail, and a complaint has been forwarded to the Clay County Attorney’s Office for felony attempted murder charges.
