(FARGO, ND) – A former NDSU football player will serve three years in jail after being sentenced after shooting a gun into a home at a house party last September.
Jaiden Pickett was sentenced in Cass County District Court to three years in jail. He pled an Alford plea, which is a guilty plea in that Pickett does not admit to the crimes but accepts the court’s sentence. He’ll also serve 18 months of probation.
