MOORHEAD, Minn. – The City of Moorhead says Rivershore Drive at the Brookdale Underpass will be closed starting Thursday, April 10.
Flood walls will be installed and then removed. The city says this needs to be done to maintain certification with FEMA.
The closure is planned to be in place from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
