GRAND FORKS, N.D. – Police are investigating a hit-and-run in Grand Forks.
University of North Dakota Police say the child was struck by a pickup near North 39th Street and Sixth Avenue while walking to school Monday morning.
The owner of a vehicle matching the description was identified, but no arrests have been made.
