(FERGUS FALLS) – Officials in Otter Tail County say the county’s property tax rebate program’s application deadline is nearing. The program application deadline is December 31, and individuals who are approved would have one year from their approval to begin their new home construction. The program provides financial support for the construction of a new home in the county. It won’t impact homeowners and builders previously approved for the program.
