GRAND FORKS, N.D. – Grand Forks Police is moving on from a person of interest in a hit-and-run.
Authorities say there is insufficient information to arrest or charge the person who was identified in the March 24 incident involving a child pedestrian. The child was struck by a pickup while likely walking to school and had non-life-threatening injuries.
