(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota Game and Fish is reminding boaters that accidents have to be reported within 48 hours.
That includes any crashes, injury, death or disappearance of someone.
A boat operator has five days to report if the damage is over two-thousand-dollars but there is no injury or death.
Boat accident forms are available at any Game and Fish office or online at the North Dakota Game and Fish website.
