(FARGO, ND) – A 31-year-old Fargo man was taken to the hospital and is facing charges after an early morning crash.
It happened early Thursday morning in the 2600 block of 40th Avenue South. Police say the driver, 31-year-old Tyler Benjamin, lost control of his vehicle and collided with a tree, causing significant damage to the vehicle.
Benjamin was transported and admitted to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. He was cited for reckless driving and DUI.
The Highway Patrol is assisting Fargo Police with crash reconstruction.
