MOORHEAD, MN — A Clay County Grand Jury has indicted Isaac Arthur Arndt for the murder of Jaelyn Walker in Moorhead.
He is facing charges of First Degree Murder with Premeditation and Second Degree Murder with Intent. Bail is set at $4 million dollars, or for $2 million with certain conditions.
His next hearing is scheduled for November 7th.
