MOORHEAD, MN — A Clay County Grand Jury officially indicted Isaac Arthur Arndt for the alleged murder of Jaelin Walker in Moorhead.
He is currently facing charges of First Degree Murder with Premeditation and Second Degree Murder with Intent. Bail is currently set at $4 million dollars, or for $2 million with certain conditions.
His next hearing is scheduled for November 7th.
