BARNES COUNTY, N.D. – A man who was on the run from North Dakota authorities on Thursday has now been apprehended.
According to the Traill-Steele Emergency Management’s Facebook page, George Jerome is now in custody.
Valley News Live reported Jerome initially ran from officers after a morning burglary in the Pillsbury area.
The Barnes County Sheriff’s Office had also posted a picture of Jerome, who was last seen in southern Steele County before he was caught.
The public was told no to approach and to call law enforcement if Jerome crossed their path.
