WEST FARGO, N.D. – Police arrest a man on suspicion of drug possession and driving under the influence charges following a chase in West Fargo.
Authorities say they tried to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation on the 900 block of Eaglewood Avenue West around 1:00 Thursday morning when the vehicle fled. Officers used a PIT maneuver to stop the vehicle.
Thirty-one-year-old Austin Muck of Fargo was arrested on suspicion of DUI, meth possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing, reckless endangerment and tampering with physical evidence.
