Man arrested after Horace business burglary

HORACE, N.D. – A West Fargo man faces multiple charges after a burglary in Horace.

Cass County Deputies responded to a business on the 9700 block of Industrial Drive around 3:00 Monday morning. The business owner says they saw a man stealing from the building after getting an alert from a security system.

Deputies and a West Fargo Police K9 unit arrested 38-year-old Timothy Lowseth inside the business. He faces burglary, theft of a motor vehicle, theft, terrorizing, criminal mischief, unlawful entry, obstruction, DUI, DUI refusal, driving under suspension and six probation violation charges.

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office’s investigation is ongoing. They’re working with other departments to see if Lowseth is connected to other crimes in the area.
