(MOORHEAD, MINN) – The Moorhead Public Library has scheduled an informational overview for the public on the subject of human trafficking.
In partnership the Rape and Abuse Crisis Center, and in honor of National Human Trafficking Prevention Month, the event is scheduled for next Tuesday from noon to 1 p.m., with topics to include laws, local resources, indicators of trafficking, trauma informed responses and real-world case studies.
Attendees will learn how to effectively identify and support victims of suspected trafficking. The program is offered free-of-charge.
