PARK RAPIDS, Minn. – Hubbard County Auditor-Treasurer Kay Rave submitted her resignation December 11th after nearly 10 years on the job.
Friday is her last day.
The same day she stepped down, she says she received a letter from County Administrator Jeff Cadwell letting her know she would be fired if she didn’t resign.
Cadwell wrote there was a pattern of mistakes, errors, and failures regarding the deliverance of tax statements.
