(Fargo, ND) — Part of Elm Street North in Fargo is closed to traffic.
The closure is between 13th Avenue North and 15th Avenue North, and officials say high water on the roadway is to blame.
Traffic will be rerouted to 3rd Street North until the water recedes enough for Elm Street North to reopen.
