FARGO, N.D. – High risk sex offender Howard Johnson registers at 123 15th Street North in Fargo.
In 2004 he was convicted of lewd molestation and indecent act upon a child in Florida. The victim was a 12-year-old girl. Johnson was also convicted of gross sexual imposition in Mountrail County, North Dakota in 2023. The victim was an 11-year-old girl. Johnson is on the sex offender registry for life.
