FARGO, N.D. – A high risk sex offender registers as homeless in Fargo.
Fifty-seven-year-old Jerry Holmes, Sr. was convicted of corruption/solicitation of a minor in Williams County in 2017. He gave alcohol to a 17-year-old girl in a motel room and molested her. The girl was able to get out of the room and find help.
Holmes will be on the sex offender registry for life.
