FARGO, N.D. – A high risk sex offender has a new address in Fargo.
Forty-nine-year-old Demetrius Duncan lives at 3201 20th Street South. He also works at Savers.
Duncan was convicted of criminal sexual conduct in Stearns County, Minnesota in 2001. He will be on the sex offender registry for life.
