SAINT PAUL, Minn. – Governor Tim Walz supports Minnesota DFL Party Chair Ken Martin to head the Democratic National Committee.
“Ken has built a national model for how to elect Democrats in a competitive state,” Walz said.
I’ve seen Ken Martin’s leadership in action, and it's exactly what we need from our next DNC Chair.

Martin says he has more than 100 endorsements, but the governor’s is the most high-profile so far.
Under Martin’s 14 years of leadership as DFL Party Chair, Democrats haven’t lost a statewide election.
Last year, the nation got to meet the @Tim_Walz we love so much here in Minnesota. He's been a champion for the working class, and I'm honored to have his support. https://t.co/Xx7HtYpGpW
