(FARGO, ND) – A former NDSU Bison football player facing charges of terrorizing and reckless endangerment is headed for a trial.
Jaiden Pickett appeared in court for a felony dispositional conference.
When officers arrived at the scene on September 8, their investigation showed that individuals attending a house party had engaged in an argument outside of the residence. That argument resulted in a gunshot being fired into the residence. Investigation further showed that no one was injured as a result of that gun fire.
As of late Wednesday, Pickett remained in the Cass County Jail.
The trial is set to begin April 8.
