FERGUS FALLS, Minn. – A Fergus Falls man faces domestic assault, threats of violence and prohibited person in possession of firearm charges.
Around 5:30 Friday, the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office responded to a home on the 16000 block of County Highway 116 on a domestic assault report. Authorities say 33-year-old Donavan Bolden allegedly fired a gun inside the house earlier in the day and made threats to use it.
Because of the seriousness of the call, the Otter Tail County SWAT Team was called and apprehended Bolden without incident.
