Fargo School Board officially approves new superintendent contract

(FARGO, ND) – Fargo Public Schools officially has a new leader.

Dr. Cory Steiner, who verbally accepted the position of Superintendent at Fargo Public Schools on February 28, had his contract approved by the Fargo Board of Education unanimously Tuesday night in their regular meeting.

The contract, which is a two-year agreement, calls for payments of $220,000 in the first year and $225,000 in the second year – with an extension possible after the first two years.
