Fargo School Board approves early resignation for Dr. Rupak Gandhi

(FARGO, ND) – The Fargo School Board has approved an early resignation for its Superintendent, Dr. Rupak Gandhi.

He requested the date be moved to June 5 due to conflicts with his personal schedule.

The board unanimously approved the request.

In addition, the board approved appointing Dr. Robert Grosz as the interim superintendent between June 5 and June 30, as incoming superintendent Dr. Cory Steiner is not scheduled to start with the district until July 1.

The board did, however, approve eight days between now and June 30 for Steiner to be in the district for work leading up to his first official day.
