FARGO, N.D. – Fargo School Board sources tell Flag Family Media, concerns about conflicts of interest surrounding Superintendent Dr. Rupak Gandhi’s work for a consulting company he’s formed with his wife have been brought to the Superintendent himself.
The source says Gandhi has done work for the City of Fargo and TNT Kid’s Fitness and he has agreed to not take on any more contracts until he leaves the district at the end of the school year.
District officials say there isn’t anything in Ghandi’s contract forbidding owning his own business.
Dr. Cory Steiner, the superintendent at Northern Cass Public Schools, has been named the new superintendent of Fargo Public Schools.
