Fargo man faces charges after four-vehicle crash on I-94

(FARGO, ND) — One person was arrested in a four-vehicle crash on I-94 Wednesday evening. The crash happened just before 5:30 p.m. on I-94 at mile marker 352.

Rush hour traffic was causing stop and go conditions when vehicles were stopped in all three lanes. A 2010 Lexus RX350, driven by 40-year-old Benjamin Hanning, of Fargo, merged onto I-94 eastbound from the southbound University exit, then accelerated to road speed, failing to see the stopped vehicles and causing the vehicles to rear end each other. No injuries were reported.

Hanning was arrested for DUI, as well as possession of THC products and marijuana paraphernalia.
