(FARGO, ND) — Fargo Police say a 47-year-old Fargo man has been arrested for DUI after a crash. Police responded to the area of 10th Street South and 9th Avenue South at just before 5:30 p.m. this evening. A vehicle northbound in the 1000 block of 10th Street South lost control and struck an apartment building in the 1000 block of 9th Avenue South.
The driver, identified as Francis Goodsky, was the only occupant of the vehicle. He received injuries that were not life-threatening and was taken to a local medical facility to be treated.
