FARGO, ND — A man has been arrested in connection with vandalism in Fargo.
Police say it happened late last month, when somebody threw a rock at an ATM at business along 13th Avenue South, leaving it severely damaged. Investigators used surveillance video to identify 27-year-old Jose Rodriquez as the suspect, as officers recognized him from a previous call in which they removed him from the same business.
Rodriquez faces several charges, including felony vandalism and criminal trespass.
