(FARGO, ND) – Fargo firefighters responded to a house fire Friday night in north Fargo.
The call came in just after 9 p.m. to the 700 block of 2nd Street North. The caller reported a fire on the second floor of the home.
When crews arrived, they observed flames coming out from a window on the second floor and the homeowners attempting to extinguish the fire.
All occupants were evacuated safely, and no injuries were reported.
The fire was confined to the second floor of the house but caused heavy damage and smoke damage throughout the house. The residents of the house were displaced and have been assisted by family.
A damage estimate is not yet available, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
