UPDATE: Identities released in Fargo crash that injured two Tuesday night

UPDATE: The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified the three people involved in the crash.

Mark Steinberger, age 74, of Hillsboro, was the driver of the 2023 Ford Maverick pickup. His passenger has been identified as 71-year old Colleen Steinberger, also of Hillsboro. Both were injured and taken to the hospital. Charges are pending for the driver.

The driver of the SUV has been identified as 75-year old Joseph Senyon, of Fargo. He was not injured.

ORIGINAL STORY: FARGO – Two Hillsboro residents were hurt in a crash on I-29 in Fargo Tuesday night. It happened near the 19th Avenue North exit just after 10:30 p.m.

The State Patrol says a pickup rear-ended an SUV, injuring two people. The 74-year old driver of the pickup and his 71-year old passenger were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the SUV was not hurt.

The driver of the pickup could face charges. Troopers are still investigating.  Roads were icy at the time.
