Family member claims body pulled from Red River was of missing Hunter man

FARGO, ND — The sister of a missing 19-year-old North Dakota man is confirming his body was pulled from the Red River Thursday night.

Fargo Police pulled a body from the Red River at 9:45 p.m. Thursday. In a Facebook post made by recently missing male’s sister, she stated the body of her brother, 19-year-old Arthur Wibke, from Hunter, North Dakota, was pulled from the river early this morning.
