(NORTH DAKOTA) — WDAY Radio has obtained bankruptcy documents related to a filing Monday in United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of North Dakota.
The documents, relating to five different open cases, are part of a First Day Declaration submitted by Patrick Finn, a partner of Lighthouse Management Group, Inc., who was appointed as Chief Restructuring Officer by EPIC Companies Midwest, LLC; EPIC Companies Midwest 2023, LLC; EPIC Employee, LLC; EOLA Capital, LLC; and EC West Fargo, LLC, on June 11.
The documents show the company has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
