GRAND FORKS, N.D. – Charges have been dropped in a Grand Forks County drug case.
Jeremy Tostrup of Viking, Minnesota was charged with felony drug possession with the intent to deliver.
The judge overseeing the case granted a motion to suppress the evidence after the defense argued the events leading to the discovery of the meth violated his fourth amendment rights.
