FARGO, N.D. – Construction on a busy street in Fargo is expected to last 10 days.
Beginning April 3 eastbound 13th Avenue South will be shifted into the center turn lane between 16 1/2 and 17th Streets South. Lane widths will be reduced on 17th Avenue South between 17th and 16 1/2 Streets South
The city says crews will replace private utility poles from 13th to 17th Avenues South.
