(MOORHEAD, MINN) — Clay County Sheriff Mark Empting told Clay County Commissioners Tuesday that an anonymous donor gave $40,000 for the sheriff’s office and their K-9 program.
Three other donations related to the K-9 program were received and approved Tuesday by the commission.
