FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – Charges have been filed after a months-long investigation into a shooting at a south Fargo apartment.
The shooting happened in November in the 800 block of 10th St. S.
Attorneys say the man who was shot, Kom Draegar, is facing burglary and criminal trespass charges. They say the man who fired the gun will not be charged.
