(FARGO) — Charges have been filed against the man who is alleged to have killed Fargo resident Zion Brooks.
“The Cass County State’s Attorney’s Office has reviewed the currently available evidence and is charging the Defendant, Amire Logan, with two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm, both Class C Felonies,” a press release sent Tuesday read.
The investigation into the death of Zion Brooks remains active, according to the release.
