(FARGO, ND) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says they were involved in an out-of-state effort on Saturday.
“Today, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office provided assistance to an out-of-state law enforcement agency (State of Washington) in an effort to locate a suspect wanted in connection with a homicide investigation,” Captain Tim Briggeman said in a statement. “The crime did not occur in Cass County. Deputies were dispatched to an attempt to locate (ATL) a person of interest, but the individual and associated vehicle were not located.”
