UNITED STATES – Seniors will be able to utilize an old method to make Social Security claims.
Starting April 14, the federal government is allowing all claims to be processed by telephone. The Social Security Administration previously said it was requiring in-person visits. only
Saying they’re grateful, the North Dakota AARP adds that this is the “beginning of the work needed to ensure people can access the benefits they earned.”
