(WEST FARGO, ND) – Four West Fargo businesses failed alcohol compliance checks.
Fargo Cass Public Health says they were completed last week at 18 businesses.
ACE Beer and Liquor, the Silver Dollar Bar and Grill, and The Piggy BBQ all failed for the first time in a one-year time period, while Boston’s Restaurant and Sports Bar failed for the second time in a one-year time period.
The first violation is a written warning and a 12-month probationary period. The second subjects the business to a $250 administrative fee.
