FARGO, ND — A man with no permanent address is facing charges for making fake bomb threats outside the New Life Center in Fargo on Sunday.
Police say 40-year-old Salih Kasim was yelling outside the building that he had a bomb and was carrying something in his pocket. After running from police, Kasim was detained.
He’s charged with disorderly conduct and resisting police.
