(CORMORANT TOWNSHIP, MINN) – A death investigation is underway in Becker County.
The Becker County Sheriff’s Office received a welfare check request on a 44-year-old woman due to concerns for her health and safety. The sheriff’s office says she was not located at the time, and the investigation continued.
The female was found Saturday near a residence on the shore of Arrow Lake. She was deceased. Her name is being withheld pending family notification.
