(FARGO, ND) – A motorcyclist has serious injuries after a crash in the intersection of 52nd Avenue South and 31st Street South.
Fargo Police say the motorcyclist had fled officers in south Fargo, with officers not pursuing the motorcycle. Shortly after, the police department received reports of the motorcyclist traveling at a high rate of speed and running red lights along the 45th Street South and 52nd Avenue South corridors.
Police say the driver was stable at the time of transport, and charges will be forwarded for felony aggravated fleeing and felony reckless driving.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating.
