WEST FARGO, N.D. – A Moorhead man is arrested after a chase in West Fargo.
Police say they saw a driver who looked passed out behind the wheel at a gas station on the 1200 block of 13th Avenue East around 1:15 Monday morning. The driver fled driving over stop sticks and the vehicle was stopped by officers using a PIT maneuver.
Forty-two-year-old David Jacobsen was arrested on suspicion of felony fleeing, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension and multiple outstanding warrants. The vehicle was seized.
